Silver Coast Properties was born out of the desire to provide high quality, full brokerage service to the streams of would-be residents seeking to relocate to the North Carolina coast from outside the state. The many experiences with out-of-state clients demonstrated the need for an experienced team of professionals to assist families understanding the local real estate market, the myriad of residential communities, and establishing a working foundation for them to make informed decision about the area as whole.

With over five years of experience assisting families within master-planned communities, the founder and president Darren Bouley, began Silver Coast Properties as a means to meet the increasing desire of his clients to have a single point of contact.
