Colleen moved to North Carolina in January of 2014 after retiring early from a fifteen-year career as a high school administrator. As a result of her career in public service, she is accustomed to working with people and helping them ensure their needs are met. Colleen has been an active investor in real estate for more than ten years, so the transition to a career in this field was natural for her.

Being that she has been through the relocation process herself, she has an inherent understanding of the considerations people must make throughout the retirement and relocation process. She is detail-oriented and thorough by nature and likes to help her clients be certain they have a full picture of all pertinent factors so they can make the best possible decision.
